Review verification policy

We verify every review we publish on our website from 1. January 2023 (we cannot mark reviews published on the website before 31 December 2022 as verified).

Before publishing, we verify that the customer has indeed purchased a product from us in the past and that they are reviewing the correct product.

If the customer has not purchased the product from us, we will email them and ask where and when the product was purchased. If it is our wholesale customer, then we also rate the review as verified.

We do not publish other reviews.
