Returns and exchanges
Does the size not fit you or do you need a different style? Here's a quick guide on how to proceed:
- The 14-day withdrawal period runs from the date of receiving the goods.
- If you withdraw from the purchase contract, you must ship or deliver the purchased goods to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal, at your expense.
- If you wish to return part of your order, please note that in this case we will recalculate the price of the order to the remaining (unreturned) part of the order and you may lose the quantity discount you may have applied when making the purchase.
- You can send the goods by courier GLS, PPL or through Zásilkovna, do not send by post.

- The goods must be returned undamaged, unworn, unstained and odourless. It also must not have been washed. Fold the panties into the package so that they are not wrinkled.
- The following return form must be sent with the goods (if you cannot print the form, handwrite it).
- Otherwise, returns are subject to our Terms and conditions.
